Safer events, delivered together.
EEP Safety works alongside event organisers to review plans and documentation, support compliance and provide experienced on-site safety personnel for exhibitions, conferences, outdoor events and major live environments.
Specialist event health and safety support, shaped around your event.
Every proposal is tailored to the event, venue, programme and level of support required, from early planning checks through to on-site delivery support.
Resolve issues before they reach the show floor.
Correcting an issue in a drawing or document is usually faster and less expensive than correcting it after people, materials and equipment are already on site.
Support for exhibitions, conferences, outdoor events and major live environments.
EEP Safety contributes specialist health and safety knowledge within the organiser's wider delivery team.
Practical support that fits into the way event teams actually work.
- Plans and documentation reviewed by people who understand event realities.
- Issues explained clearly, early enough for sensible solutions.
- On-site support that works with organisers, venues, exhibitors and contractors.
- A specialist partner who helps compliance feel manageable, not adversarial.
- Review technical submissions against relevant venue, organiser and safety requirements.
- Support compliance during build-up, live periods and breakdown where contracted.
- Review on-site activity against agreed information and raise concerns constructively.
- Bring a trusted network of long-standing consultants when the project requires additional cover.
Experienced people who become part of your team.
Event safety is a people business. EEP Safety combines a dedicated core team with trusted consultants, many of whom have worked with the business for years. The team is selected for practical competence, communication and strong working relationships with organisers and delivery partners.
Liz Turner
Liz founded EEP Safety with a simple goal: to provide a team of great people who are passionate about creating safer environments for everyone. Building and supporting the right team remains the part she enjoys most.
Outside work, Liz is renovating an old farmhouse in France and, when time allows, getting out on the golf course.
Tom
Tom is a fantastic person to have on site and a go-to expert for health and safety. Calm, knowledgeable and always ready to help, he plays a key role in helping projects run safely and smoothly.
Fun fact: away from events, Tom is also a stunt horseman.
Reza
Reza supports all areas of the business to help ensure services are delivered on time and to a high standard. His organisation and attention to detail keep things moving efficiently behind the scenes.
He brings a creative perspective from his studies in set design, film and photographic art.
Kyla
Kyla leads all areas of compliance and has been instrumental in EEP Safety's success from the beginning. She works closely with organisers, contractors and stakeholders to help shows get ready to build.
One thing you can count on is a new hair colour each year, carefully chosen under the influence of her son.
Iain
Iain brings practical experience and industry knowledge to every project. He first worked across security before transitioning into the safety team around five years ago.
Away from work, Iain is an enthusiastic traveller, often exploring far-flung destinations. When time is short, Ibiza is a favourite stop.
